An employee had been recruited to work and to live in Munich although the company had no official branch in Germany, and thus the employee had to have a status such as “Foreign Company representative”.

According to the European law, the employee would have to be under the German regulations in terms of social security. Moreover, she, the employee, would have to pay her taxes on her income in Germany. Helma took care of the payroll management for this employee, on behalf of her company. So that in the end, the Client and the employee were not only able to continue their work by following all the legal regulations but also they were able to handle the day to day issues relating to the management of the employee’s work status.
