Ghislain de Rengervé, Chief Executive Officer

After several years of experience in the field of HR, he became the HR Manager Europe for a high-tech project for Schlumberger, and later became the Compensation and Benefits Manager for the Carbone Lorraine Group.

He has varied areas of specialization and expertise in the domain of International mobility, career management and in system and process creation for remuneration.

In 2004, he created and established a consultancy firm specialized in International mobility called Helma International. Part of his mission is also to assist and advice large MNCs as well as upcoming firms in their development internationally.

He teaches International Remuneration at the IEP Paris and organizes regular conferences in France, India and China.

Master in HR Mangement and in Sociology of Enterprises from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris - 1995.

Graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Tours - 1994.

Claudia BOSENIUS has a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) and a diploma from Munich School of Economics. She heads Helma Deutschland GmbH.

She joined the Helma International team in 2009 and she can assist you with your queries in immigration, relocation, remuneration and social security.

Claudia Bosenius has more than 12 years of work experience as a consultant, specialized for European and American market. She was in charge of assignments and projects related to social security, tax, remuneration, work contracts mainly in France and in Germany but also in China, India and UAE. Her clients include SIEMENS, EADS and BOSCH.

Claudia Bosenius has worked in Paris as an International Mobility Manager for an Anglo-french company GEC ALSTOM (employee strength of 85,000 worldwide) for 4 years and for 5 years at the HR department of Deutsches Reisebüro GmbH (German Travel Office Pvt. Ltd) in Frankfurt. The company has about 1400 employees in Germany, France and UK
